At Operation Kaze, we move fast — but quality comes first.
Every piece is made and handled with care to match the standard of the brand. This policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
SECTION 1 – ORDER PROCESSING
- Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days
- During drops, events, or high demand, processing times may increase
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed
- A second email with tracking will be sent once your order ships
We don’t rush quality — we ship it right.
SECTION 2 – SHIPPING TIMES
Estimated delivery times (after processing):
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Shipping times may vary depending on:
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Customs processing
These are estimates — not guarantees.
SECTION 3 – SHIPPING RATES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Location
- Package size/weight
Promotions or free shipping offers may be available during certain drops.
SECTION 4 – TRACKING
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
SECTION 5 – LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once your order is handed off to the carrier:
- Operation Kaze is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers
- We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages
If your package is marked delivered but missing:
- Contact the carrier first
- Then reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help
SECTION 6 – INCORRECT ADDRESS
Make sure your shipping info is correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect addresses
- Failed deliveries due to wrong info
If an order is returned to us:
- You may be required to pay for reshipping
SECTION 7 – INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For international orders:
- Customs fees, duties, or taxes are not included in your order total
- These are the responsibility of the customer
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
SECTION 8 – DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the product and packaging
We’ll make it right.
SECTION 9 – PRE-ORDERS & DROPS
Some items may be released as limited drops or pre-orders.
For these:
- Processing and shipping times may be longer
- Estimated timelines will be listed on the product page
