At Operation Kaze, we move fast — but quality comes first.


Every piece is made and handled with care to match the standard of the brand. This policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.





SECTION 1 – ORDER PROCESSING



  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days
  • During drops, events, or high demand, processing times may increase
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed
  • A second email with tracking will be sent once your order ships



We don’t rush quality — we ship it right.





SECTION 2 – SHIPPING TIMES



Estimated delivery times (after processing):


  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days



Shipping times may vary depending on:


  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing



These are estimates — not guarantees.





SECTION 3 – SHIPPING RATES



Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:


  • Location
  • Package size/weight



Promotions or free shipping offers may be available during certain drops.





SECTION 4 – TRACKING



Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.


Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.





SECTION 5 – LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES



Once your order is handed off to the carrier:


  • Operation Kaze is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers
  • We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages



If your package is marked delivered but missing:


  • Contact the carrier first
  • Then reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help






SECTION 6 – INCORRECT ADDRESS



Make sure your shipping info is correct before placing your order.


We are not responsible for:


  • Incorrect addresses
  • Failed deliveries due to wrong info



If an order is returned to us:


  • You may be required to pay for reshipping






SECTION 7 – INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING



For international orders:


  • Customs fees, duties, or taxes are not included in your order total
  • These are the responsibility of the customer



We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.





SECTION 8 – DAMAGED ITEMS



If your order arrives damaged:


  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the product and packaging



We’ll make it right.





SECTION 9 – PRE-ORDERS & DROPS



Some items may be released as limited drops or pre-orders.


For these:


  • Processing and shipping times may be longer
  • Estimated timelines will be listed on the product page
